Difficult Driving Conditions Across Region

Difficult driving conditions exist across the Kenai Peninsula, this morning. As of 7:30 a.m., the DOT was reporting that the Soldotna area had difficult driving conditions due to five inches of snowfall overnight. There were icy patches, snow and a rain/snow mix. Difficult driving conditions were being reported on the Kenai Spur, on the Sterling Highway, and on the Seward Highway.
